When to call for a repair inspection

What a free inspection covers
We look at the damaged area and the roof as a system: age, deck condition, prior patches, and how the rest of the roof is holding up in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas weather. You get a clear recommendation — repair when it makes sense, plan a replacement when it does not.
Repair now, or plan a replacement?
We do not push a product. A patch on a young roof with isolated damage is often the right call. The same damage on an aging roof — especially with soft decking, widespread wear, or insurance pressure around roof age — is a different conversation. We will say so directly.
